A little forest of light for the mantelpiece

This light up birch tree brings a soft, Scandi-style glow to a windowsill, console or dining table. It stands 60 cm tall on a 10 cm square base, with 24 warm white LEDs threaded through branches wrapped in birch-bark effect tape. The branches bend, so you can spread them wide or keep them slim, and they are sturdy enough to hold light ornaments. It runs on 3 AA batteries (not included) with a button on the base: press once for steady light, twice for the 6-hours-on, 18-hours-off timer.

Why you'll love it

  • Battery powered: Takes 3 AA batteries (not included), so it can sit anywhere without a cable
  • Built-in timer: Six hours on, eighteen off, so it lights itself every evening
  • Shapeable branches: Bend the twigs into the silhouette you want
  • Hang decorations: Strong enough for light baubles, hearts or Easter eggs
  • Birch-bark finish: Natural-looking wrapped trunk and branches that suit any scheme

Perfect for: mantelpieces and windowsills, Christmas table centrepieces, hallway consoles, year-round seasonal displays
